Wynnum Surf Club Merch Store

At the Wynnum Surf Club Merch Store, we want you to love your new gear as much as we do. If something’s not quite right, don’t stress — our returns process is simple, fair, and hassle-free.

Change of Mind Returns

If you’ve changed your mind or need a different size, we’re happy to offer an exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Original tags and packaging must still be attached.

  • Proof of purchase (your order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on swimwear, headwear, or sale items unless they’re faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take pride in the quality of our merch. If you receive an item that’s faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at wynnumsurfclub@gmail.com with your order details and a photo of the issue.
We’ll sort it out quickly — either with a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on your preference and stock availability.

How to Make a Return

  1. Email wynnumsurfclub@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and a mailing address.

  3. Pack your item securely and send it back to us.

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange, credit, or refund.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns. If your item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are usually packed and sent within 2-3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way, complete with tracking details so you can follow its journey from our shores to yours.

Delivery Times

We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro areas: 3–5 business days

  • Regional areas: 5–10 business days

  • Remote locations: may take a little longer (depending on how far the tide reaches)

Shipping costs is a flat fee of $9.99 within Australia.

Opening Hours:
Tuesday – Friday: 10am – 5pm
Saturday: 9am – 4pm

How Pickup Works

  • All orders must be placed online via the Wynnum Surf Club website

  • Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email or SMS confirmation

  • Please wait for this notification before coming in — your order won’t be ready immediately after purchase

  • Bring valid ID when collecting your order

Important Info

  • This is a pickup point only - no in-store purchases available

  • Don’t just rock up straight after checkout — we’re quick, but not that quick. Orders cannot be collected until you’ve been notified they’re ready.

  • If you arrive early, your order may not be available yet (and no one likes a wasted trip)

  • Offer applies to local pick up orders only collected from The Eclectic Mix, Wynnum.

  • Customers will receive one (1) free small hot drink per eligible order at the time of collection.
