Q: How do I place an order?
Just browse our merch store, add your favourites to the cart, and head to checkout. It’s as easy as catching a clean set on a sunny morning.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, get in touch at wynnumsurfclub@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once it’s been packed or posted, we might not be able to make changes — but we’ll do our best to help!

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
We usually ship within 2–3 business days. After that, delivery takes about 3–5 business days for metro areas and 5–10 days for regional or remote spots.

Q: Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey from the bay to your door.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — but it’s on our radar! Right now, we’re proudly delivering across Australia only.

💸 Returns & Exchanges

Q: What if I ordered the wrong size?
No worries! You can return or exchange most items within 14 days, as long as they’re unused, unwashed, and still have tags attached. See our Returns Policy for details.

Q: My item arrived damaged or faulty — what should I do?
Oh no! Send us an email at wynnumsurfclub@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll sort it out quickly with a replacement, refund, or store credit.
